GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS

1. Object
   These Conditions regulate the sale of products (hereinafter, the “Products”) through the website www.barcinospetstore.com (hereinafter, the “Site”) by Barcinos Alimentación Animal SL (hereinafter, “Barcinos” or the “Seller”) to users who place an order (hereinafter, the “Customer” or “you”).

2. Purchasing Process
   2.1. Product Selection : The Customer will find the Product offering grouped by category. When clicking "Add to Cart," the system will temporarily hold this selection.
   2.2. Review and Confirmation : From the cart, you can modify quantities, delete items, or apply discount codes before “Proceed to Checkout.”
   2.3. Order Form : You must complete your billing and shipping information and choose a payment method.
   2.4. Order Acceptance : Once payment has been confirmed, we will send you an “Order Confirmation” email, which will serve as proof of the purchase agreement.

3. Prices and Payment
   3.1. Prices : All prices are in euros (€) and include the legally applicable VAT, unless expressly indicated.
   3.2. Shipping costs : These will be shown in detail during the purchase process and vary by area and weight.
   3.3. Payment Methods : Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, the order is processed once we receive the total amount in our account.
   3.4. Billing : We issue electronic invoices that you can download from your customer area.

4. Delivery
   4.1. Delivery time : Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the shipping agency chosen to manage the delivery. For more exact information on delivery times, please review our "Shipping Policy."
   4.2. Address : The shipping agency will arrange delivery to the address indicated by the Customer on the form. In the event of an error or inability to deliver, the shipping agency will contact the Customer to arrange a new date. If the Customer discovers they have made an error in the address after confirming the order, they must notify us as soon as possible so that the error does not delay delivery more than expected.
   4.3. Retention of Title : Ownership of the Products will not pass to the Customer until full payment has been received.

5. Right of Withdrawal
   5.1. The Customer, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the Product, without the need for justification.
   5.2. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the deadline expires, by email to info.barcinos@gmail.com or by using the withdrawal form.
   5.3. Return Conditions : The Product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

6. Returns and Refunds
   

   6.1. Return shipping costs

   • The Customer will always assume the shipping costs arising from the return of Products.

   • Only in cases where the return is due to an error by Barcinos Alimentación Animal SL (defective product, incorrect shipping, etc.), we will be responsible for the shipping costs.

   6.2. Refund process

   • Once we have received and inspected the returned Product at our facilities and verified that it meets the return requirements (condition, packaging, accessories, etc.), we will process the refund corresponding to the price of the Product (and, where applicable, the initial shipping costs, except in the case of returns resulting from voluntary withdrawal, which do not include outbound or return shipping costs).

   • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt and validation of the Product. The actual credit to the Customer's account may be delayed depending on the bank's processing time.

7. Responsibility
   Barcinos Alimentación Animal SL shall not be liable for damages arising from improper use of the Products, faulty installation outside of our instructions, or consequential damages (loss of data, loss of profits, etc.), except as provided for by mandatory legislation.

8. Intellectual Property
   All content (text, images, designs, trademarks) on the Site are the property of Barcinos Alimentación Animal SL or third parties that have authorized their use. Reproduction in whole or in part without express authorization is prohibited.

9. Data Protection
   Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and current legislation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and LOPDGDD). You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by sending an email to info.barcinos@gmail.com .

10. Force Majeure
    Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations if such failure is due to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

11. Modifications
    Barcinos Alimentación Animal SL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions will be those in effect on the date the Customer places their order.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, you expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
